Pallets
Wooden cage or box on special pallets for fragile equipment. Scandi has developed a standardized method of shipping up to four (4) copiers or 24 printers on one over-sized pallet with a protective wooden cage.
The special pallet fits in standard shipping containers as well as designed for shipping by regular truck transports – no special or dedicated trucks needed. Allows smooth and easy 3rd party trans-shipments with reloading.
All construction wood used for special pallets is heat treated and Scandi is a certified user with ISPM15 certificates SE-N5788 and DE-NW3490194.
Reuse and recycle
Scandi exports a large portion of all copiers purchased for reuse in its markets in Asia, Africa, Middle East, Pacific and Latin America. A portion of the copiers are harvested for useful parts and components for reuse. Obsolete and beyond repair copiers are fully recycled by ISO 14001 certified recyclers close to Scandi’s logistic centres.
